I am Theresa (Tracey) Beckman, the owner and co-founder of Seaside Pressure Wash LLC. Along with my husband, Roy Beckman, we strive to provide the best quality service for our customers. Our family-owned-and-operated business takes great pride in our performance, ensuring excellence that has helped build a solid reputation in the area.

After relocating from Maryland in 2017, we established our home in Greenwood, Delaware, and planned how we could become an asset to our new home state. We brought our strong work ethic and attention to detail to the area by empowering our new community through our business and creating long-lasting relationships.

I have spent my career in customer service in various capacities and have extensive experience in the pressure-washing industry as a salesperson, estimator, team coordinator, and schedule writer.

Roy is a retired union ironworker, serving for over 20 years, and possessing diverse tradesman abilities. Always wanting to give back to the community, we look forward to the possibility of creating job opportunities for local residents.

We've been blessed with 35 years of marriage, 3 children, 7 grandchildren, and 2 dogs. We spend our time attending our local church, entertaining our children and grandchildren, and enjoying our dogs on our new property.

I dabble in arts and crafts and take pleasure in gardening. Roy is a handyman who tinkers with anything he can get his hands on. Together, our experience, dedication, curiosity, and drive make us a great team.
